    Database content corresponds with official bulletins dated 1991 - date of most recent bulletin published this year.

     

    To secure most reliable results, we also perform (for additional fee) manual search in
    unpublished trademark applications pool.     These are applications filed roughly 1 year ago and forth.

    Example:
    By December 7th, 2004, most recent published bulletin is #22.
    The latest trademark application published in bulletin #22 is 276851 (see PDF). Details:
    (220) Date of filing of the application: 2003.08.07
    (151) Date of the registration: 2004.10.19
    (450) Date of publication: 2004.11.15

    So, all trademark applications submitted after 2003.08.07 and (roughly) by November 1st, 2004, are in unpublished trademark applications pool - which we can search manually.
