We conduct prior art search in the official database of Russian/USSR patents (dating back to 1924) maintained by Russian Patent Office at www.fips.ru (no, it's neither Derwent nor Delphion).
We will use International Patent classification (IPC).
Search will be conducted in required time period (i.e. before publication date).
Deliverables (by email):
Search report in English (including abstracts of relevant documents);
Full text PDF copies of all relevant patents (in Russian language).
Turnaround: about 1-2 weeks.
Payment: we will invoice full amount upon completion of project. Payment to be done by bank wire.
Payment schedule: 100% upon completion of project.
